Mary Aguilar: Client Success Coordinator and Associate Broker

Having lived in some of the most beautiful and picturesque places in the Country, Mary Aguilar feels fortunate to have recently moved to this special place in the Sonoran Desert with her husband, Pete. They had visited family in Tucson since the early 90s and always dreamt of retiring to the Tucson area. With 34 years working in public service for the U.S. Navy, 19 years of success in a real estate career in California, and a love for people, Mary is one of the newest members of the Treece Team.

Originally from Buffalo, New York, Mary completed a civilian career in Human Resources at a variety of naval facilities including Headquarters commands, shipyards, a naval hospital, and the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, Ca.

For the last 19 years, Mary has had a successful real estate career in California with clients who ranged from first-time homebuyers to the elite, purchasing multi-million-dollar estates. Her philosophy has been that real estate is more about people and their dreams than just property. With more than three decades of managerial Human Resources experiences in public service, Mary has an in-depth knowledge of contract intricacies and well-developed skills in structuring win-win negotiations which is vital in real estate transactions.

Now as the Client Success Coordinator and Associate Broker with the Treece Team, Mary is excited to be back to work, assisting people with bringing their real estate goals to fruition. While she still holds her California broker’s license, Mary recently obtained her broker’s license in Arizona.

Mary said she is challenged and likes to learn new real estate policies and laws by doing in-depth research whenever the need arises.

“I really enjoy learning about the real estate laws and helping sellers and buyers understand what their rights are, as well as helping them successfully buy or sell their home,” Mary said.

In addition to her past real estate experience, the special gifts Mary brings to the Treece Team include being extremely communicative, hardworking, and attentive to putting the client’s needs first.

Mary laughs at the idea of having any spare time, but when she does, she loves being a “Nana” and spoiling her nine grandchildren. She also has a 2-year-old Miniature Schnauzer, Lucy, who is her “hairy child” and the love of her life. Mary also loves the desert, taking hikes, music, and water aerobics, in addition to fitness classes at The Gallery where she and her husband are members. Furthermore, Mary and her husband have enjoyed traveling and have been to all parts of Europe, China, and Italy, and can’t wait to do more exploring right here in Arizona.  Reading, cooking, and spending time with friends are also enjoyable for her.
